Email [email protected]. Include the email address you use with Then What?, your device type, and what you expected to happen. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or full payment details.

Purchases and subscriptions

For an App Store or Google Play purchase, include the store, product name, and approximate purchase date. Restore purchases from the Account screen first. Billing changes and refunds may also need to be completed through the store that processed the payment.
